Making Pie Crust from Scratch
I thought this video was helpful. I made pie crust a few times this summer and was worried that the texture of the dough before I rolled it out was a little crumbly, but it looks like from the video that that is a good thing. I really like Alice Water's recipe for pie crust. It has never failed. But you have to be patient and stick to the advice to chill/ice the ingredients. That makes a big difference.
