Recipe of the Week: Roasted Tomatoes


This is a side staple for me. In fact, I made them last night. Roasted tomatoes are so easy to make and so delicious that they're our recipe of the week.
It's this simple:
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut tomatoes in half
  • Brush them with olive oil
  • Season with (sea) salt and pepper
  • Roast for 60-75 minutes

You can also top them with:

  • Pesto
  • Sliced garlic
  • Chopped basil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Diced olives
  • and more!
